University of Massachusetts Chooses AIXTRON for Core Research into Carbon Nanotubes and Graphene

AIXTRON SE announced a new purchase order from the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Lowell, USA, for a BM deposition system equipped for processing 4-inch substrates.
